This dashboard was built in Excel to comprehensively analyze seasonal sales performance across products, regions, categories, and timeframes. It is tailored for business owners and sales teams to assess sales dynamics over time and identify high-performing SKUs, sales reps, and customer behavior trends.
The layout includes:
- Year & Month Slicers: Allow dynamic filtering across 2025–2026 and monthly data from January to December.
- Region-Wise Net Sales: Column chart showcasing net sales performance across East, North, South, and West zones.
- Top 5 Products by Net Sales: Pie chart highlighting leading SKUs contributing the most to revenue.
- Top Sales Rep by Profit: Bar chart displaying the top 5 performers ranked by profit earned.
- Customer Type Split: Segmentation of sales by new and returning customers.
- Sales Contribution by Category: Detailed bar chart analyzing performance across products like Mixer Grinder, Earbuds, Kurtis, Smartwatches, etc.
- Monthly Net Sales Trend: Line graph tracking sales performance across key months.
- Category Sales Split: This is a line-based metric view displaying net sales split by categories such as Accessories, Apparel, Electronics, and Home Appliances.
- Top SKU Highlight: Displays the best-selling item (Bajaj Rex 500W).
- Key KPI Boxes: Summarizes total net sales, total units sold, average discount, and total profit.
